Drop In & Breathe

Drop In & Breathe is designed to provide opportunities for guided mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation - to experience first hand the benefits of these techniques. Give yourself time to slow down, quiet the mind, and reset. Drop In & Breathe sessions are 30 minutes in length and are offered at the following times:

  • Mondays at 4:00 PM
  • Thursdays at 4:00 PM
  • Fridays at 11:30 AM
