Women’s Impact Network
The Women’s Impact Network (WIN), formerly known as the Women’s Alumni Network, is hosted by Community Outreach & Impact Programs at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. WIN brings together women from across the Fox Valley region and beyond to connect, grow, and lead.
Through thoughtfully curated programming, WIN creates an inclusive and inspiring space where women can explore topics rooted in their lived experiences as professionals. The network offers accessible, affordable opportunities for meaningful professional development, mentorship, and community building meant to empower women to thrive both personally and professionally.
The Inspire Series
As part of WIN’s exciting rebranding and renewed engagement efforts, the Inspire Series launches a year-long journey of connection, growth, and empowerment. More than just a single event, this series invites women to come together across multiple programs throughout the year to listen, learn, and lead.
Through powerful panels, keynote speakers, and authentic conversations, the Inspire Series highlights the voices of women who are making meaningful impact in their industries and communities. These gatherings are designed to spark inspiration, foster connection, and encourage every participant to rise to their fullest potential.
