EAA Reservation Form

This form will allow you to request lodging to stay on campus at UW Oshkosh. Once you have submitted the information below, we will be in contact with you to finalize details for your stay.

  • Please read the following statements and click on the box that you understand and agree to the following statements in order to proceed to the reservation form.
  • I acknowledge that the name on the reservation must be present during check-in. Keys will only be provided to the individual shown on this reservation.
  • I acknowledge the check-in time is 4:00PM.
  • I acknowledge I am aware there are no refrigerators or microwaves provided in Residence Hall buildings.
