When can I made a reservation?
Reservation Request Form for EAA 2025 will appear online starting December 4, 2024 at 1 p.m. 
How can I make a payment?

All prices are in United States dollars.

For the quickest response, please contact our office by email (eaahousing@uwosh.edu) to have a secure payment link sent to you.

Full payment is due by June 18, 2025

You are not able to transfer funds from one year to another. We are not able to move a deposit to a different year.

What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

One-night deposit payments for reservations are 100% non-refundable (7-day grace period).

All payments (past the deposit) are 100% non-refundable after 6 months from the date of that payment.

If cancelling all or part of your reservation after June 18, 2025, you will receive a refund less the deposit fee per room.

Reservations become 100% non-refundable after July 14, 2025.

You are not able to move deposits or payments forward to a different year.

What is the No Show Policy?

You will be considered a “no-show” if you do not arrive by 12pm (noon) CDT on the day following your scheduled arrival date, as printed on your confirmation.

If you have not made arrangements with Guest Reservations by this time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.

What is provided in my lodging room?
Non-A/C & A/C Rooms
  • Two twin beds with sheets and blankets
  • Two pillows with pillowcases
  • Four towels, two washcloths, and soap
  • We are not able to provide cots or addition beds
Suite Style Rooms
  • Four twin beds with sheets and blankets
  • Four pillows with pillowcases
  • Eight towels, four washcloths, and liquid soap
  • We are not able to provide cots or addition beds

The majority of our lodging rooms don’t have refrigerators. There are full-size refrigerators in Horizon Village suites.

What time can I get into my room?

Check-in begins at 4:00PM CDT

Guests are able to check-in after 4pm. EAA Guest Reservations will operate with a limited time window. Please plan to arrive at Culver Family Welcome Center no sooner than 4:00pm, and before 10:00pm on your check-in day.

How do I check in?

You must check in at Guest Reservations, located in the UW Oshkosh Culver Family Welcome Center at:

625 Pearl Avenue
Oshkosh, WI 54901

Check-In begins at 4:00PM.

What time is check-out?
  • Before noon
  • If you do not check out by noon, you will be charged for another night’s stay
What if I want to extend my stay once I’ve arrived?
  • This may not be an option for EAA 2025. Please check back on this FAQ page closer to the event for more information about the ability to extend a stay.
Is there maid service for my room once I’ve checked in?
  • No, you are responsible for washing your own linen and towels
  • No extra towels or linen will be provided to guests during their stay
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
  • In Taylor Hall, Fletcher Hall & Horizon Village, all rooms are air-conditioned. 
  • In all other buildings, there is no air-conditioning, so please bring a fan.
Can I bring an air conditioner?
  • No, the wiring in our buildings can only support a limited electric load, and an A/C unit will overload our system
  • Feel free to bring a fan
Are there alarm clocks in the room?
  • No, you are able to bring your own
Can I smoke in my room?
  • No, all campus buildings are smoke-free; this includes vaping
  • You need to be 25 feet away from all building entrances when you smoke
What should I bring?
  • Additional toiletries if needed (shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc.), extra blankets/linens, a fan, towels, etc.
What are the bathrooms like?
  • Community-style bathrooms
  • Not all floors have male and female bathrooms. Follow signage to determine if the bathroom on your floor is available to you.
Is there an elevator in each hall?
  • No only Scott Hall, Taylor Hall, Fletcher and Horizon Village have elevators
  • If you are unable to walk up stairs for a medical reason, please let Guest Reservations know when you make your reservation and prior to your arrival
Where can I park?

To better serve our community and enhance public safety on campus, Parking Services requires all those parking for AirVenture to purchase a parking permit.  This permit will be available on our website: https://uwosh.aimsparking.com/ at the rate of $5/day. 

  • You will be asked to enter your vehicle’s license plate, make, and color.   
  • This information must be filled out prior to parking on campus.   
  • If you have a rental, you can purchase this permit after you have the rental. 
  • Your permit will be valid in any lot adjacent to a resident hall. 

Please be aware that any vehicle that is not registered will be fined/ticketed.  Please take note that your permit will NOT be valid in the High Avenue Parking Ramp. This area will be reserved for those paying to use the UW Oshkosh Park and Ride to AirVenture. 

How do I get to the university?
  • It is recommended to use Apple Maps, Google Maps, etc. to get to our location.

How do I get to the air field?
  • Directions

Turn right onto Pearl Avenue
Turn right onto Wisconsin Street
Once over the bridge, Wisconsin St. becomes Ohio Street
Turn right onto South Park
Turn left onto Koeller/Poberezny Rd
EAA will be on your left

  • A shuttle bus will likely be available

Round-trip – $TBD

Where can I eat?

Lunch and dinner will be offered on campus at Blackhawk Commons most of the week.  Please see below for more information, including local dining options:

Is there a fitness facility on campus that I can utilize?
  • The Student Recreation & Wellness Center is open during the summer 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday – Friday, (closed on the weekend).  For further facility information please check http://recreation.uwosh.edu.
Are pets allowed?
  • No, pets are not allowed
  • Service animals are permitted
  • Please let us know about service animals in advance so we can make arrangements
Am I allowed to send mail or packages to the University?
  • No, we do not accept packages or mail during EAA AirVenture for guests. All packages arriving on campus will be refused & returned to sender. It will be the responsibility of the individual to determine how to proceed with item retrieval/refunds. We do not have the ability to track your individual mail as mail/parcel delivery not controlled by the University.
  • We recommend shipping items to the local UPS Store in Oshkosh, WI as an alternative option. The phone number for the Oshkosh store is 920-231-1623. You may e-mail them at upsstoreosh@gmail.com
