EAA AirVenture 2026 lodging reservations at UW Oshkosh will open on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CST.

2026 Rates and Room Types

    Climate-Controlled Room

    1 Single Bed – $175 USD per night (3 night minimum)

    • One single bed with linens
    • One pillow
    • Two towels, one washcloth
    • No refrigerators or microwaves

    Climate-Controlled Room

    2 Single Beds – $175 USD per night (3 night minimum)

    • Two single beds with linens
    • Two pillows
    • Four towels, two washcloths
    • No refrigerators or microwaves

    Climate-Controlled Suite

    $450 USD per night (3 night minimum)

    • Four single beds with linens
    • Four pillows
    • Four towels, four washcloths
    • Microwave and refrigerator
    • Private kitchenette

     

    Non-Climate Controlled Room

    1 Single Bed – $120 USD per night (3 night minimum) 

    • One single bed with linens
    • One pillow
    • Two towels, one washcloth
    • No refrigerators or microwaves

    Non-Climate Controlled Room

    2 Single Beds – $120 USD per night (3 night minimum) 

    • Two single beds with linens
    • Two pillows
    • Four towels, two washcloths
    • No refrigerators or microwaves

    Cancellation/Refund Policy for Reservations

    Deposit payments for reservations are 100% non-refundable. We are unable to transfer deposits to another year.
    All payments (past the deposit) are 100% non-refundable after 6 months from the date of that payment.
    Full payment for all reserved rooms is due by June 1, 2026. UW Oshkosh will cancel reservations not paid in full by June 1, 2026.
    Any cancellation of rooms and/or nights after this date and up to June 15, 2026 will be refunded, minus the cost of the deposit.
    Reservations become 100% non-refundable after June 15, 2026. After this date, there will be no refunds for unused rooms and/or nights.

    No Show Policy

    You will be considered a “no-show” if you do not arrive by 12pm (noon) CDT on the day following your scheduled arrival date, as printed on your confirmation.
    If you have not made arrangements with Guest Reservations by this time, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. 
    Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00PM. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and will be allowed to check-in as rooms become available.
