Lynn is the Director of University Event & Conference Services, overseeing all aspects of UWO special events, camp and conference planning, community outreach and impact programming and the Culver Family Welcome Center. Lynn joined the UW Oshkosh advancement team in 2017 and began her role within the newly created University Event and Conference Services Department in January, 2024.
Earning both her bachelor’s degree in 1986, and her Master of Public Administration degree in 2017 from UW Oshkosh, Lynn is a proud Titan X2 and has been a longtime advocate for all UWO has to offer to students and the community. Lynn is passionate about engaging others in the resources of UW Oshkosh by offering opportunities to take part in professional development and lifelong learning while getting the chance to explore and experience the beautiful UW Oshkosh campus.
In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and improving her knitting skills!
Lisa Goetsch

Lisa has been part of the UWO community since 2000. She earned her Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from UWO, majoring in Organizational Administration. This makes Lisa a proud Titan x 2! She spent the majority of her career as an Event Coordinator in Reeve Memorial Union and recently transitioned to the newly established Event & Conferences Services office. Lisa earned the Outstanding Performance Award in 2012 and the University Staff Senate STAR Award in 2017. She is a three-time President of the University Staff Senate. Lisa’s responsibilities on campus include: campus department and external client events in Reeve Union, external client events in academic classrooms, summer camps and conferences, and 25Live Campus Administrator. In Lisa’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Samoyed, Oliver, and her partner Laura camping in State Parks.
Citlali Marquez

Citlali Marquez is an Event Coordinator, where she is set to lead the planning and execution of the mid-year and spring commencement ceremonies, University Convocation, and Opening Day award ceremony. Her role includes managing logistics, schedules, and overseeing commencement staff and volunteers. This is her first year in this role, and she is looking forward to contributing new perspectives and innovative solutions.
She discovered her passion for creating memorable experiences at Ripon College, where she planned numerous student events. Citlali is eager to work with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community to make events unforgettable for both students and faculty.
Sarah Martin Kriha

Sarah serves as an Event Coordinator, collaborating with both campus departments and external clients on conferences and events. Her responsibilities encompass all facets of event coordination, including budget development, lodging, dining, parking logistics, meeting space reservations and policy compliance. Sarah plays a key role in managing the EAA AirVenture lodging program at UW Oshkosh and works closely with a variety of summer camps and conferences. Since joining the campus community in 2008, her efforts have been recognized with the STAR award in 2019 and the Outstanding Performance Award in 2023. She’s also a proud Titan x2!
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time outdoors with her family and two goldendoodles.
Benjamin Wylie

Benjamin is the Event Manager at UWO’s Culver Family Welcome Center, where he leads the planning and coordination of campus-wide gatherings, conferences, and special events. With a background in technical production, he brings a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable, impactful experiences.
This is Ben’s first year at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh; his previous roles included positions at University of Wisconsin – River Falls and the Walt Disney Company. In his spare time, Ben is an avid tennis player and a proud dog owner.

Eli is an Event Coordinator for University Event and Conference Services, where he coordinates events hosted at the Culver Family Welcome Center. In his role, he focuses on creating seamless and welcoming experiences for guests, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.
A naturally creative person, he enjoys designing memorable moments and meaningful connections through each event he coordinates. Outside of work, Eli loves cooking new recipes, spending quality time with his family, and finding inspiration through everyday creativity.

My name is Sierra Skindzelewski, and I am the Outreach Program Manager in University Event and Conference Services. I’m a proud Titan X2, having graduated from UWO with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, and later completing my Master of Education at the University of Utah. My dedication to creative community building drives my work and shapes the connections I strive to foster. When I’m not collaborating, connecting, or creating, you can find me spending time with my two cats, on my latest photography expedition, or thrifting for the latest and greatest treasures. Naomi has been a part of the UWO community since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UWO, majoring in Biology with a focus in Ecology. She started her career as the Biology Stockroom Manager in 2022 and then recently transitioned to the Event & Conference Services Team as the Outreach Program Coordinator. In Naomi’s spare time she is currently working on her Graduate Degree in Human Services Leadership, and she likes to spend time with her two cats, Tucker and Penny.
