Direct Entry Program

The Direct Entry Program is designed to directly admit academically gifted students into the College of Nursing as freshman. Qualified students are able to enroll in the nursing major as first-year students. Admittance into the Direct Entry program is currently by invitation only. Continued participation in the direct entry program as a UW Oshkosh student is contingent upon meeting additional requirements. More information forthcoming.

Admission Requirements

Invitation to the Direct Entry program requires evidence of rigorous scholastic achievement by submission of a high school transcript, with advantage to students with high GPA and CAPP or other advanced placement credit. The College of Nursing reserves the right to limit enrollment numbers in the Direct Entry Program.
