DEAN’S NOTE
Just a reminder that our first all-college meeting will take place this Friday, September 27, 3:00-4:00 pm. We will be split across three rooms: Media, Arts, and Communication in Sage 1232; Public Affairs and Global Engagement in Sage 1235; and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in Sage 1239. There will be hybrid options for all three meetings. The programs going into Nursing and Health Professions met last week, but interested individuals should feel free to attend any of the three school meetings on Friday. Sara Hansen, Colin Long, and Edwin Jager have shared details about these meetings in separate communications. I will attempt to attend 20 minutes of each of the three meetings to listen in on conversations.
IN THE NEWS
Tomorrow is the deadline to let me know if you are interested in presenting for the COLS Faculty Showcase. I already have two fantastic volunteers who have stepped forward but could use a couple more. You can opt to present this semester or next depending on what works for your schedule.
