Students needing to request an exception while applying for the Human Services Leadership program or specific class requests. Students requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified of the outcome of your request and/or if additional information is required via your UW Oshkosh email.

I understand that this process will not impact my current Official or Combined GPA. If approved, this will only be used to allow me to take HSL courses that require a higher GPA. I also understand that I will need to earn a minimum 2.75 term gpa in each future semester, as well as the 3.0 HSL major gpa. List rationale in the rationale request section.
