The UW Oshkosh human services leadership program partners with humans services and community organizations to provide valuable experience to the next generation of leaders. The HSL program emphasizes the career-ready skill sets employers need in today’s diverse working environment, including decision-making and problem solving, communication, ability to obtain and process information as well as prioritize various tasks and projects.

Your participation as a placement partner demonstrates your interest and commitment to UW Oshkosh’s educational goals and to the growth and development of the students as future professionals and community leaders.

HSL provides two experience for their students that require placement sites.

• Internship (120 hours)
• Advanced Internship (280 hours and includes a leadership experience)
