Diane Roundy
Diane received her MBA from UW Oshkosh in 1992. Her career spans more than 20 years, first in banking, and for the past 11 years, in the public accounting industry. She serves as Director of Business Development for Schenck, SC, one of the largest CPA firms in the state with 8 offices and more than 500 employees. In this role, she provides strategic direction for Schenck’s business development efforts. She led the development of The Schenck Way, a set of client service standards for employees at all Schenck offices.
In addition to her responsibilities at Schenck, Diane serves on the bounds of directors of the Green Bay Packers, Denmark Stane Bank, Girl Scouts of Northwestern Great Lakes, and the Green Bay Area of Commerce Group Purchasing. She served as president of The Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay and played a key role in launching the Fund. Her recognition includes: the Wisconsin Businessperson of the Year from the Future Business Leaders of America, the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Athena Award, the Professional Achievement Award from Management Women and the Young Businesswoman of the Year from Business and Professional Women. She was also named one of the “2010 People You Should Know” by the Bay Business Journal in 2010.
