Diane L. Ford
Diane L. Ford earned her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business Administration in 1981. She was honored as outstanding alumna of the College in 1999.
She is vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for WPS Resources Corporation, a Fortune 500 energy company in Green Bay. In 1975, she began her career as corporate accounting assistant for Wisconsin Public Service, a regulated electric and natural gas subsidiary of WPS Resources Corporation and subsequently served as corporate financial accountant, corporate accounting supervisor, and administrator-corporate accounting. She was the first woman in the history of the company to be appointed vice president in 1992.
She is a Certified Management Accountant. She has served in various leadership roles on the Controllers Council for the Edison Electric Institute, the American Gas Association, and the Wisconsin Utilities Association. She is a former President and Board member of the Packerland Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
She has been active in the community serving on the Boards of the YMCA, Girl Scouts of America, the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and Community Coordinated Care to name a few.
