It was a privilege to experience my first UW-Oshkosh Internship and Career Fair on Wednesday, September 24. And, wow, did both students and regional, state and national employers make it special.

UWO’s Career and Professional Development team, hosts of the fall and spring Career Fairs, reports nearly 1,050 students took advantage of the event, meeting with 134 employers, circulating resumes, getting free, professional headshots taken and just making time to network and sharpen their interviewing skills.

We captured the day in this video. It’s a real testament to the special ways our faculty and staff members help students prepare for rewarding careers and futures, often right in UWO’s home region.
