Self-identify as a UW Oshkosh SOTL Scholar

Are you a scholarly teacher?

Scholarly teachers are committed to maximizing student learning through intellectually rigorous investigation and integration of research into practice. If you are a scholarly teacher, then stand up and be counted! The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) needs to know who you are and what you have done so that we can:

  • Feature you and the results of your work on this CETL website and in other documents to provide the campus teaching community with an updated compilation of UW Oshkosh best practice teaching and learning research, and
  • Invite you to participate in special incentive, grant, training, conference and service opportunities available to scholarly teachers.

To be sure that you and your work are recognized, please submit the following information:

  • Your name and department
  • Publication information and abstracts (or one-sentence descriptions) of your scholarship of teaching and learning (SOTL) articles or books
  • Conference presentation information for your scholarly teaching papers or panels (with abstracts or brief summaries of findings)
