Creating an Equity University: From Data and Theory into Practice

Description

Higher education is and has always been inequitable. The Covid-19 pandemic has only further compounded these inequities with heightened disparities for students with disabilities, first generation students, and students of color. This will examine the impacts of covid in higher education, our own institutional inequities, and the importance of reestablishing student trust in higher education.

Presenter: Dr. Damira Grady, Office of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence
