Accessibility & Universal Design: Practical Course Design For All Learners

Accommodations, Accessibility, Assistive Technologies....  What do they all mean?  With so many terms and so many laws to know, designing an accessible Canvas classroom can sometimes seem overwhelming.  This 90-minute session will break down everything you need to know to start building a course that will support all learners.  We'll discuss the process for working with student accommodation requests, explain relevant laws, give practical tips for building and best of all provide instruction on tools available to make it all easy.
