Creating Community in the Classroom

2020 was a year of change. We transformed our courses, transformed the ways we work and engage with one another. For many of us, and our students, this experience was isolating and overwhelming. Yet, we also found ways to connect, to build community, both in classrooms where we learned to “smize” and in Collaborate Ultra where we learned about breakout sessions and online chats. Join us to learn communication strategies to build community in classes and make learning more engaging, personal and fun.
