The Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project
The Caregiver Project is dedicated to making cost-effective quality education available to Wisconsin caregivers, managers and supervisors in a wide range of healthcare settings. Educational topics are appropriate for providers regulated by the Wisconsin Division of Quality Assurance. Regulated providers are listed at https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/regulations/health-residential.htm
We offer three types of training opportunities:
- CCDET-led courses for staff in DQA-regulated provider settings responsible for carrying out state and federal requirements
- Interactive workshops led by experienced CCDET staff
- Often attended by DQA subject matter experts
- Ready-made curriculum for providers to train their own staff
- Over 40 hours of training topics
- Attend a Ready, Set Train – Caregiver Continuing Education workshop to gain unlimited access to training materials and trainer notes. Deliver to your own staff at no cost, at your own pace, as time permits.
- Address staff training needs related to professional caregiving and regulatory compliance.
- On-Demand courses with anytime online access for staff, residents, and family members
