Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please email regstaff@uwosh.edu or call (920)-4241071.  

To receive a refund (minus a $25 processing fee per person, per training), cancellations must be made at least 7 calendar days before the training date.  

Cancellations after this deadline are non-refundable, but substitutions are always welcome at no extra cost. 

Please note that refunds are not available for On-Demand online training courses once your registration is completed.
