UWO-Fox Cities Tutoring
CAR will offer in-person and online tutoring during the Fall 2024 semester.
Fox Cities students are welcome to travel to the Oshkosh campus to receive in-person tutoring, if it’s convenient. And are welcome to receive virtual tutoring from Oshkosh campus-based tutors. If you have any questions, please reach out to us by email or phone!
How to find a tutor:
- Tutoring appointments will be scheduled through Navigate.
- Please use the link below to schedule your appointment.
- The courses listed below are the typical courses supported by CAR, but does not guarantee tutor availability.
- CAR recommends you begin tutoring early in the semester to gain the most benefit.
- All tutoring sessions meet in Room 1811 or online.
- If you want to schedule regular weekly appointments with a tutor, you can arrange that during your first tutoring session.
How to schedule a tutoring appointment:
- Login into Navigate using the link below.
- Click on “Appointments”.
- Click on “Schedule an Appointment”.
- Choose “Tutoring”.
- Choose “Tutoring Appointment”.
- Select the course you would like tutoring for.
- Pick a day and time you would like the appointment for.
- Review the appointment on the next page to confirm everything is correct.
- Review the “Details” section for any instructions from the tutor to prepare for the appointment.
- You can include any information you would like your tutor to know ahead of time.
- Click or tap the “Schedule” button.
- You will receive a confirmation email as well as a reminder email the day before your appointment.
- If you want to schedule regular weekly appointments with a tutor, you can arrange that during your first tutoring session.
