Future UW Oshkosh Students

CAPP students applying to UW Oshkosh as an incoming freshman.

Have you decided to become a UW Oshkosh Titan? We are excited to have you on campus in the near future! Since you already have been a UW Oshkosh student by taking CAPP classes in high school, we wanted to make you aware of a few things.

Special for Fall 2016:

Wondering what events are happening around campus? A UWO Orientation app is available for download at

This app for smartphones provides a schedule activities for both new and returning UWO students. From comedians to sporting events, these are a great way to connect with other UWO students!

You don't need to request official transcripts when applying to UW Oshkosh. Your record of CAPP classes is already here. However, that does mean your CAPP class grade will count toward your overall GPA.

UW Oshkosh ID Number

The 7-digit student ID number given to you as a CAPP student will remain the same.

If you received a student ID card (TitanCard) while a CAPP student, you will use that same card.  If you have lost that card, you will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID (Driver's License, State or Military Identification Card, or Passport) in order to receive a new TitanCard.  The replacement card fee is $20 and the entire process will only take a few minutes.
