• Resources that you may need to reference repeatedly are gathered on our Teacher Resources page. It’s a good page to bookmark!
• All new adjuncts must complete the online CANVAS CAPP Orientation course and Discipline-Specific Course Orientation with their faculty liaison before beginning to teach with CAPP. Please contact the CAPP Office for details.
• Be aware of HLC (Higher Learning Commision) requirements for teachers. If you have questions on whether you are compliant, contact us via email.
• The process for students to get into CAPP classes is to first Apply (instructions) and then Register (instructions).
• Students are allowed to drop CAPP classes up until the given deadline each semester. Full year classes follow Fall deadlines. Drop information here.
• Here is the list of all CAPP courses available to offer.
• Some courses require prerequisites. Check to see if your course is on that list HERE.
• All CAPP adjuncts (and students) have a UWO email address. Here’s how to access yours.
• Students can request an official TitanCard (UWO student ID card) HERE.
• After the class ends and you enter your grades, students wishing to transfer their credits will need to request their official transcript. Instructions on that are HERE.
• CAPP surveys previous CAPP students to see if their credits were accepted at other college and universities. Here is the list of those schools.
• Students who take a world language class and earn a B or higher will receive retroactive credits. Here is that policy.
