Academic Accommodations
The Center for Accessibility & Disability Resources provides reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities. We assure equal access to the academic environment and equal access to the academic challenge in the classroom. Our goal is to provide resources and opportunities for students to succeed despite the challenges posed by learning disabilities, physical challenges or mental health impairments.
Current UWO Students
Students seeking support and/or accommodation should follow the steps below to register and start the interactive process:
- Submit the Accommodation Request Form
- Provide Documentation
- Schedule Intake Appointment
Future UWO Students
We encourage all prospective students to begin the accommodation request process as early as possible. Early submission is especially important for housing and other non‑academic accommodations, as these often require additional coordination and may have limited availability.
