- Phone Surveys – The Survey Success Center has a dedicated central telephone survey lab that combines the capabilities of trained students and senior supervisors to ensure key insights are captured in a highly efficient process. All data is automatically entered into a computer file, eliminating data entry errors. A completed interview is defined as one in which the respondent has been queried about every question on the survey questionnaire, and all responses have been recorded.
- Web Surveys – The Survey Success Center can use the Internet to collect survey information, evaluate training programs and monitor client satisfaction. Web-based tools can also be used in “mixed mode” situations where telephone, fax, or mail contract options are used as well.
- Mail Surveys – We offer mail surveys and combinations of mail surveys with telephone follow-up. Our experts can assist you in designing the self-administered questionnaire to assure a highly effective return rate.
- Face-to-Face Surveys – In face-to-face surveys, the interviewer travels to the respondent’s location to conduct a personal interview. These types of surveys are ideally suited for populations that have difficulty answering mail or telephone surveys. The Survey Success Center can manage your customer feedback data and provide you with detailed reports.
