Creating a culture of giving, accepting, and applying peer feedback is most effective when structured specifically for a piece of work/performance. By teaching them the process of using feedback points, students are better equipped to offer timely, specific, and useful feedback which not only helps their peers, but it also enhances their own work. Students eventually will advocate for their own specific feedback and have a kind, constructive, and clear format to do so.
