The last quarter of 5th grade social studies is dedicated to learning about united states geography. While very specific to my grade and content level; as a 5th grade team we learned how to collaborate and make this a truly cross curricular project. throughout the quarter they become experts both on a specific state and person, I would like to share the ways we found to make this project meaningful in all content areas.
