Eric Saeger ’08, ’09, ’11

Eric Saeger created ECS Global Solutions, LLC business consultancy in 2022, focused on three areas: project management, organizational resilience and agility, and mentorship and training. The company began as a way for businesses and start-ups to tap into fractional burst project management when the need for another dedicated project manager was not yet necessary.  This grew into development opportunities in the project management space and has further blossomed into mentorship for business leaders and the emerging topics of organizational resilience and agility, and rapid adoption of technologies to help businesses navigate the turbulent, complex, and ambiguous world.
