Copper Hall
Copper Hall, owned by ’94 Heath and ’00 Jennifer Ruetten, is a unique, private, relaxed, and affordable small event venue for your celebration and meeting needs. Copper Hall features a unique interior including a penny floor, barn board walls and exposed brick and clay tile. Located in downtown Oshkosh, Copper Hall is within walking distance to most everything that the downtown has to offer. We have our own parking lot as well as very convenient city parking lots and on-street parking. Everything including tables and chairs are provided with your rental. The kitchen and storage room are stocked with a variety of items that you may use including decorations and cleaning supplies. We have an ADA accessible ramp and restrooms and an outdoor space with a patio and playground. An advantage of our venue is the ability to bring in your own food and drinks including alcohol or cater with anyone you chose. There are 2 office suites and 1 private office studio available to rent for your small business needs.
Copper Hall was born out of a need for office space for another business that the Ruettens own. We wanted a building with another source of income and when we toured the space, we just knew we needed to buy it. We felt there was a niche for a small, affordable event space in Oshkosh as the options were limited. We did not set out to open an event venue as we both work other full time jobs, but our venture has proven successful. In 2022, we hosted 221 events and meetings and in 2023 we will be close to 300. We look forward to celebrating the 100th anniversary of our building in 2024. Learn more at Copper Hall.
