Nominate a Deserving Graduate!

We appreciate your help in identifying exceptional alumni. Submit the nomination form below to pay tribute to exceptional Titans who you commend for reaching and exceeding their career goals. If you have questions, please reach out to alumni@uwosh.edu.

The Award Categories Are:

• The Distinguished Alumni Award:  The highest award that alumni can receive from the Alumni Association. It is awarded to individuals who are active in their professional fields and are widely recognized for their career accomplishments.
• The Outstanding Young Alumni Award: Awarded to alumni who have graduated within the last 15 years. Selection is based on professional and civic accomplishments and future promise.
• The Alumni Outstanding Service Award: Awarded to alumni who have made exemplary contributions to UW-Oshkosh through their volunteer efforts, energy, leadership, support and/or philanthropic donations impacting the University.

Nominating Criteria for Recipients:

• Nominee must be able to be present during the Alumni Awards Dinner (Oct. 23, 2026).
• May not be a current employee of UW-Oshkosh.
• May not be a sitting UWO Alumni Association Board member or UWO Foundation Board Member.
• Must be living at the time the nomination is submitted.

Please note: A nominee can only be nominated in one award category.

The priority nomination deadline is March 1 of each year to ensure timely completion of the full process.

Once the Online Nomination Form is received,  the nominee will be contacted by the Alumni Office. If the nominee accepts their nomination, they will need to complete the process by submitting additional supporting materials by March 15.
