Alumni Association Board of Directors
The UW-Oshkosh Alumni Association Board of Directors is a dedicated group of volunteers working to foster strong connections between Titan Alumni and the campus community. Driven by pride in UW-Oshkosh’s legacy and future, the Board plays a critical role in enhancing alumni engagement, advocating for the University, and supporting student success.
Who We Are
The goal of the UW-Oshkosh Alumni Association Board of Directors is to build and strengthen lifelong relationships between the University and its alumni community. Through outreach, advocacy, and engagement, the Board fosters Titan pride and supports initiatives that benefit students, alumni, and the broader UWO community.
The volunteer board, which may have between 12-24 members, represents a group of alumni who are passionate about UW-Oshkosh’s past, present, and future.
Board members work collaboratively to:
- Strengthen connections between alumni and the University.
- Develop and facilitate meaningful programming, networking opportunities, and professional development initiatives.
- Encourage alumni involvement in volunteer opportunities, fundraising, and student support experiences.
- Provide valuable feedback and insight to UW-Oshkosh leadership, including the Chancellor and campus representatives.
- Promote Titan Pride through outreach, events, and engagement efforts.
Board meetings are held on-campus at the Culver Family Welcome Center, and all Board members are expected to actively participate. Out-of-state members are able to attend virtually.
Membership is open to all UW-Oshkosh alumni.*
Members serve up to three consecutive three-year terms after being elected through an application process. (Members must re-apply after each completed term.)
* UW-Oshkosh Alumni currently employed at UWO are not eligible to serve as a member of the board; however, we greatly value your opinion and perspective. We are always eager to hear your ideas and partner with you as much as possible in alumni outreach efforts!
