Titan Tour Guides play a key role in welcoming prospective students and their families to UW-Oshkosh. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly students who are passionate about UWO and excited to share what makes our campus special.

Titan Tour Guide Position

Position Application Deadline: Rolling

Job Term: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026

Hours: Flexible. Titan Tour Guides work about 2-4 hours per week, around their class schedule. Most tours happen during regular business hours on weekdays, but we occasionally have special events or weekend shifts if you’re interested in picking up more hours. 

Wage: Starting at $10.50 per hour.

Renewability? Students who successfully completed tour training are eligible for continued employment as a Titan Tour Guide during each academic year while a student at UW-Oshkosh, pending successful performance evaluation.

Job Requirements

1. Be a full-time UW-Oshkosh student for fall 2025
2. Enjoy public speaking and meeting new people
3. Be comfortable working with diverse groups of students and guests
4. Hold a UWO GPA of 2.25 or higher
5. Demonstrate exemplary leadership potential
6. Be involved in on-campus extracurricular activities
7. Be comfortable leading tours in Wisconsin weather
8. Good time management skills
9. Possess exceptional customer service abilities
10. LOVE UWO!
