Wisconsin Tuition Promise
Guaranteed free tuition for qualified students.
Starting in the fall of 2023, UW Oshkosh is offering free tuition for students who are eligible for the Wisconsin Tuition Promise. The program guarantees free tuition for students whose household adjusted gross income (AGI) is $62,000 or less.
The Wisconsin Tuition Promise is offered to students on all three campuses of UW Oshkosh, including online and on-campus programs. College is an incredible investment, and through the Wisconsin Tuition Promise, UWO invests in your future.
