WRST is the only radio station in Wisconsin offering Feature Story News (FSN). It is the world's leading independent broadcast news agency. It carries network quality news coverage from all over the world. FSN is carried by hundreds of radio stations worldwide,and provides updated news reports from its correspondents worldwide to listeners everyday.

Public Radio Exchange

Public Radio Exchange (PRX) is an online outlet for distribution, review, and licensing of public radio programming. It is the largest distribution places which offers thousands of audio pieces available for broadcast and digital use. PRX is an open system. This means that anyone can join, publish, license content, and earn royalties.

WRST carries news features from PRX as part of "Week in Review" Fridays at 5pm and airs programs from the service such as "Big Picture Science" (Wednesdays at 5pm), and "Moyers and Co." (Thursdays at 5pm) along with a variety of special programs.

Learfield Data

LearfieldData is a provider of news and sports program information to radio stations nationwide. WRST uses Learfield's state and national newswire service as source material for its local newscasts and sportscasts.

Wisconsin Life

Wisconsin Life is an audio essay series that celebrates the unique, distinctive and cherished aspects of the place we call Wisconsin. Its aim is to communicate a strong sense of regional identity-a sense of place-to radio listeners through story. The series is produced by Wisconsin Public Radio with support from the Wisconsin Humanities Council and can be heard as part of WRST's "Week in Review" program Fridays at 5pm.
