Gender discrimination is still a part of our social fabric. Join local women leaders from diverse fields and learn how to be a better leader in your personal, academic and professional endeavors. The goal of this program is to:

  • Help women connect through shared life experiences
  • Educate/mentor future workforce leaders
  • Share skills/characteristics that will help one succeed in the “real world”
  • Empower young women by helping them envision and equip themselves as confident leaders

This series is a conversation-style gathering designed to give students, staff, faculty and community members the opportunity to get together to share experiences, ask questions and network. These sessions are open to both men and women. Anyone who eventually will be or is now involved in hiring or managing is encouraged to attend.
