The UW Oshkosh Women's Center is located in the Campus Center for Equity and Diversity (formerly the Foundation Center), at the corner of Irving and Elmwood. Access is off of Irving, down the driveway at the east end of the building.

Please fill out this form completely. A staff member at the Women's Center will contact you to confirm your room reservation. Please note, the Women's Center cannot be used for any solicitation or retail product demonstration.

Please note, non-campus groups or organizations will be charged a $50 reservation fee. If you would like further information about this donation fee, please email the Women's Center to receive an electronic copy of our Space Usage Policy.

This includes the laptop, projector/screen, etc. If no equipment is needed, please type "none."

Comments and Additional Requests

Such as: place chairs in rows or in circle-seating, specify how many chairs are needed, etc.
