Rosie the Reader
Celebrate women's history with the Women's Center's children's story hour. Our first Rosie the Reader will be held March 2, 2013.
The Women's Center invites you to celebrate the centenn
ial anniversary of the March 3, 1913 suffrage parade by bringing your children for an empowering children's hour on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 1pm in the Women's Center. Our reader will be dressed as Rosie the Riveter, and we encourage those in attendance to dress as their favorite person in women's history. We hope to see suffragists, female athletes, and ally's of women's rights!
