Matters of the Heart: Encouraging Young Women to Advocacy and Action

by Tina Haffeman, president of the board, Day by Day Warming Shelter

Learn about Halffeman's experiences as  a citizen activist and how young women can be purposefully engaged in their communities. Haffeman is an Oshkosh native who has been instrumental in improving event and social services to Oshkosh residents. Most recently, as a leader in the interfaith organization ESTHER, she worked to create a warming Shelter in Oshkosh. Day by Day is now an independent nonprofit agency, governed by a board of which Haffeman is the president.

Come learn about Haffeman's other accomplishments, and hear how we have the power to create positive social change in our community!
