Issues are $10.00 each. Backorders (from issue 43:2 and before) are $5.00.  Foreign orders, including Canada, must add $6.00 extra per issue for postage.  A year's subscription (1 issue) is $10.00.  Backorders are only filled for issues up to 18 months old.
