UW System President’s Summit on Excellence in Teaching and Learning
Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club.

Co-sponsored by the UW System’s Office of Professional and Instructional Development (OPID), PK-16 Initiatives, the Institute on Race and Ethnicity (IRE), the Women & Science Program, the Women’s Studies Consortium, and the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.

The Summit will provide a forum in which to recognize and share the collective expertise of faculty and academic staff who excel at teaching, are committed to assessing student learning, and have engaged in the scholarship of teaching and learning, as well as student affairs professionals who provide the academic and student support services that enhance student success.  Research on the intentional relationships among teaching, learning, and making excellence inclusive will be highlighted throughout this event.

UW System faculty and staff are invited to submit proposals for talks and/or panel discussions. Instructions for online proposal submission can be found at http://www.uwsa.edu/vpacad/summit/
