Upcoming International Family Business Workshop

The Board has appointed a subcommittee to develop an international workshop for spring of 2007. The workshop will include a focus on a topic of high relevance to participants and will include meetings and tours with family businesses from the area. The purpose is to develop strong relationships with both Forum and non-U.S. based family businesses; to gain knowledge regarding the success of family businesses that are multi-generational (beyond 3rd generation), and to learn about learn from host businesses and to learn about the culture and history of the area.

The site of the Forum's April 2007 workshop will be the Netherlands and Belgium. Details of the workshop are being planned with a family business center in the Netherlands. As details are finalized, you will find them here.
