The Writing Center is administered through the Department of English and the College of Letters and Science (COLS), and is funded through Differential Tuition, a student-based program developed in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Student Compact and the Department of English/COLS and administered through the Oshkosh Student Association.
