Wausau 6th grade teacher Mang Thao's lesson plan is designed to help her students explore slavery in ancient Egypt, Roman, Grecian, and colonial times. Students will compare and contrast the civilizations by using a Venn diagram. By reading articles and looking at diagrams and pictures, they will draw conclusions about life as a slave during these different time periods.
