Chris Miller -- Children in the Workforce (Year 1)

Chris Miller, 6th grade teacher in the Howard-Suamico School District, created lesson plans that focused on child labor and children in the workforce in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Students will interpret photos, read and discuss articles and essays, and write journals that focus on lives of the working children.
