Mik Newlin -- Lesson Plans description.

Mik Newlin's lesson plans will be incorporated the material into two separate courses, “The Presidency” and “Wisconsin History." The aims of the lessons are to describe, discuss, and show examples of the anti-war sentiment in the North during the Civil War. The lesson plans will help students to understand that support for the War in the north was not universal…that there were those (i.e., Copperheads) who were radically against the war.
