Meet the USP Council

Feel free to contact any USP Council member with your questions, or call us in Pollock House at (920) 424-1257.

USP Core Team, Pollock House

Tracy Slagter, Interim Director of the USP/Associate Professor of Political Science (x4233) Come to Tracy with any questions, critiques, or problems with our overall program or professional development. As we head into our second full year of implementation, we're open to your comments and ideas -- after all, the USP was designed to evolve with our needs. Tracy also teaches two courses in the Political Science Department during the Fall semester.
Debbie Gray Patton, Assistant Director of the USP (x1402) Seek Debbie's help when you have questions or concerns about your Peer Mentor, if you have course scheduling issues or requests, student registration and add/drop issues for Quest courses, or you need assistance or information about the new Transition Year Experience (TYE).
Mike Lueder, Civic Engagement Coordinator for the USP (x4231) Mike is the master of all things related to Quest III.  Call on him if you have questions about Quest III community partners, alumni mentors, or logistical issues.  He's also well-versed in the forthcoming Quest III Handbook, which outlines expectations for everyone involved in Quest III.
Susan FojtikUSP/CETL Administrator (x1257):  Sue manages our USP email and ensures it gets prompt responses. She is also the one who organizes USP (and CETL) events. Sue's is the voice you'll hear when you call our main line (x1257) and she keeps track of the (piles and piles and piles) of paperwork for us.
Mary ChapinUSP & Pollock House Assistant/Quality Control (x4169): Mary keeps track of courses that have been approved for USP and helps to ensure the course offerings make sense for our students.  She's also the person to contact if you want to use Pollock House for an event (which we encourage you to do!).
