The University Staff Council is proud to sponsor the University Staff Leadership Series.
The original program, entitled the Team-building & Personal Development Program, began in 2002 and consisted of eight interactive workshops led by guest speakers.
Each year, approximately 25 University Staff members were selected to participate in workshops covering skills such as self-management, change adaptation, effective communication, work environments, problem solving and leadership. The program culminated with a recognition dinner for participants and their family members, supervisors, and included all of the guest speakers.
The program was restructured in the 2008–2009 academic year and renamed the University Staff Leadership Series, and is now offered every other year.

Congratulations to the graduates of this year's Leadership Series! They will finish the series in May 2013.
