Sex Offender Registration
The "Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act" is a federal law, enacted on October 28, 2000, that provides for the tracking of convicted sex offenders enrolled at or employed by institutions of higher education. This information is supplied by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) has supplied the UW Oshkosh Police Department with the following names as being on the registry as of January 2014.
If a registrant is no longer enrolled or employed at UW Oshkosh, they will be removed from this Web page.
You may obtain information regarding registered sexual offenders who are either enrolled or employed by UW Oshkosh at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender website.

Information about sex offenders living around campus is important information for you to have to plan for your safety. We also want to educate the campus community about other risks for sexual assault and relationship violence.
Of students who have reported sexual assault on campus, over 90% were committed by persons that the student knew in their social circles, in their residence halls and in their classes.
The University provides information about sexual assault prevention and the services available on campus through the Counseling Center's Campus Violence Prevention Program. A campus victim advocate is available in Dempsey 148D, (920) 424-3127. Crisis intervention is available daily at the Counseling Center. You can find information on sexual assault, sexual harassment and other important topics on the Counseling Center website.
