Form Creation Description

Creating Files & Forms in Adobe Acrobat

There are many times in instruction and scholarly work when it's necessary to distribute documents electronically, but it's also important to accurately reproduce the original appearance of the document. Adobe acrobat lets you create documents that retain all the formatting of the original -- fonts, graphics and all -- but can be read without having access to the original application that created them. A free reader is available for download and commonly comes installed on new computers. Printed documents can be scanned into Acrobat. Various settings are available which can reduce download times, and optimize screen and print quality for different types of images. Acrobat can also create forms which can be filled in on the screen and printed, or returned.
