Dracula present by the Oshkosh Community Players

Dracula present by the Oshkosh Community Players

October 3 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

October 3-11, 2014 Classic, alluring and dark, DRACULA was adapted by Hamilton Deane in 1924 from the famous novel of the same name by Bram Stoker. Substantially revised by John L. Balderston in 1927, it was then made famous by star Bela Lugosi. Taking some dramatic liberties, DRACULA will draw you into all the gothic, mysterious and chill-inducing life – and death – of its namesake novel. Oshkosh Community Players present DRACULA in the darkly decorated intimacy of the Gothic Grand – the perfect start to Halloween.

Over the Tavern

Over the Tavern

October 8 @ 7:30 pm - October 12 @ 2:00 pm

It’s the so-called idyllic 1950s and the dysfunctional Pazinski family has plenty going on in their cramped apartment above the town tavern. Rudy, the youngest of the bunch, has an insatiable curiosity and is questioning family values and the Catholic Church. Watch with hilarity as he goes up against Sister Clarissa and announces he’s shopping for a more “fun” religion in a comical look at family, religion and growing up.
