CAPP 2014 Spring Workshop

An annual workshop for all high school teachers, guidance counselors, administrators, UW Oshkosh liaisons and others who are involved or interested in the Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP). CAPP is the largest and oldest concurrent enrollment program in the state of Wisconsin that allows high school students to earn concurrent college and high school credit while staying in the high school environment. The purpose of this campaign is to end the misuse of the word rape. Phrases such as “That exam just raped me” and “The wind just raped my hair” are common examples of this misuse heard on campus each day. The word rape is not one to be joked about, but one to be taken seriously.
